Døds World Tour is a full-fledged league where participants collect league points. The Døds World Tour (DWT) winner will be announced during the Døds World Championship at the end of the season. The ranking is based on the total points from all Døds World Tour competitions. Qualification for the Døds World Championship is also determined by results from DWT throughout the season (details below). There is no standalone qualifying round ahead of the Døds World Championship, and no league points will be awarded during the Døds World Championship. The overall winner of DWT is the World Ranking leader after the last competition ahead of the Døds World Championship

If participants share a place at the end of a competition, they receive the same number of league points, and the position skips the same number of places before additional league points are awarded. In other words, up to 30 participants can receive league points in a competition.

Women and men compete in the same class in all Døds World Tour events.

Qualifying for the Døds World Championship.

Men (in prioritized order)

  • Top 4 from the Døds World Championship the previous year
  • Golden Ticket (given to the best participant who is not already qualified for the Døds World Championship at each Døds World Tour competition)
  • Top 3 (not already qualified) from Døds World Ranking overall after the final competition ahead of the Døds World Championship
  • Five wildcards will be awarded by the IDF at its discretion (e.g., based on submitted videos for increased international recruitment, athletes who have distinguished themselves in one way or another, etc.)

The remaining places (a total of 24, including the places above) are filled from the World Ranking based on the two best results combined (allowing athletes who can’t compete in many competitions due to their place of residence a chance to qualify).

Women (in prioritized order)

  • Top 4 from the Døds World Championship the previous year
  • Top 3 (not already qualified) from Døds World Ranking overall after the final competition ahead of the Døds World Championship
  • The IDF will award additional wildcards at its discretion (e.g., based on submitted videos for increased international recruitment, athletes who have distinguished themselves in one way or another, etc.)
